Shipping & Delivery Policy
* We charge a flat rate of $15 per order.
* Delivery is within AUSTRALIA ONLY (including PO Boxes).
* Delivery is via Australia Post, and may take up to 7-10 days for remote locations.
* We endeavour to process any webstore order within two working days. Where stock needs to be consolidated for multiple pair orders, delivery times may increase by 2-5 days.
* RETURNS - FREE return of full price products only (not including slippers or bags).

* SALE ITEMS returns are at your own cost. Please ensure you return your parcel with tracking.
We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise returns.
* DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY - In the rare event of any goods damaged in transit or missing, please inform us within 7 working days of receipt of order.
Email email@example.com with your order number and details.
We will find your tracking number and let you know what's happening thereafter.
If we receive no such notification, then you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
* STOCK DELIVERY - We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days and a full refund will be issued.
