Easy Living Footwear offers FREE freight (throughout Australia) on all full-priced shoes that are purchased on our website.

We understand that finding the right pair of shoes for your feet can be difficult without being in store. Therefore, we will gladly refund, credit or exchange your purchase if they are unsuitable.

For full reimbursement, the shoes must be returned within 14 days in their original condition, in the original box, along with the receipt of purchase. Once we receive the shoes, we will proceed with the return.

Refunds are normally given via a credit to your credit card. Please include a contact number with return.
