Shipping & Delivery Policy


We charge a flat rate of $15.00 per order.
For all orders over $150, shipping is free.
* Delivery is within AUSTRALIA ONLY (including PO Boxes).
* Delivery is via Australia Post, and may take up to 7-10 days for remote locations.
* We endeavour to process any webstore order within two working days. Where stock needs to be consolidated for multiple pair orders, delivery times may increase by 2-5 days.


Below are Australia Posts last Christmas dispatchment dates, for parcels to arrive by Christmas.

NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA & TAS - 19th December 2023*

WA & NT - 15th December 2023*

*The dates provided below are for Parcel Post items being sent to/from metro locations. For Parcel Post items being sent outside a metro area, please allow additional time.


Returns on full price and sale items are not covered by Easy Living Footwear. Conditions do apply for faulty items.

 We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. 


In the rare event of any goods damaged in transit or missing, please inform us within 14 working days of receipt of order.
Email us at  with your order number and details.
We will find your tracking number and let you know what's happening thereafter.
If we receive no such notification, then you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.


We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days and a full refund will be issued.
